The most important are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is a valid <a href=\"https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/en\/docs\/accreditation-versus-certification\/\">certificate under accreditation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Previously identified <a href=\"https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/en\/docs\/nonconformities-within-the-management-system\/\">nonconformities<\/a> have been adequately followed up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When the conditions above are met, Brand Compliance will carry out a so-called \u201cpre-transfer review\u201d to assess whether the remaining cycle of the certification can be transferred.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pre-transfer review<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>An agreement will be made for the pre-transfer review. When scheduling the appointment, a number of documents are requested. An auditor is scheduled for half a day to review the documentation. A consultation between you and the auditor is also facilitated.<\/p>\n<p>During the review of the documentation and the interview, the auditor will consider several points to assess whether the certification cycle can be adopted.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Acceptance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If the pre-transfer review shows that Brand Compliance can take over the certification during the cycle, the auditor nominates the organization for certification. This nomination goes to a so-called certification committee, which will independently assess the file.
