basis.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>TLP AMBER<\/strong><br \/>\nLimited disclosure within a specific organization and its clients.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>TLP GREEN<\/strong><br \/>\nDistribution is permitted within a group or partners within a specific community.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>TLP CLEAR<\/strong><br \/>\nPublic and freely shareable without risk.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">How does this work in practice?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">You will receive emails from us that are provided with a TLP classification.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This classification indicates how the information may be used and shared.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">For example: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A proposal or report falls under <em>TLP AMBER<\/em> because this information may only be shared with a specific group of customers or suppliers.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Marketing material and certificates fall under <em>TLP CLEAR<\/em>, which means that they can be shared without restriction.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">With this system, we ensure that sensitive information remains protected and is only shared with the right recipients, while you as a customer always have access to relevant information in a secure and transparent manner.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">As text in the color AMBER is difficult to read in an email, we have decided to use the color red.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This makes the text stand out to the recipient.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">It is indicated though, that this concerns the AMBER classification.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Why it is important <\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Traffic Light Protocol provides clear guidelines on how information may be shared.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This supports security and protection of sensitive data.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">If you have any questions about an email you have received, please do not hesitate to <a href=\"https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/en\/contact\/\">contact<\/a> us.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">We ensure that you always know how to use information safely and correctly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Brand Compliance, we work with the Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) to ensure that information is shared securely and in a controlled manner.
