NEN 7510 deel 2 bestaat naast de hoofdnorm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nen.nl\/nen-7510-1-2024-nl-331311\" rel=\"noopener\">NEN 7510-1<\/a>. Ze gaat over de <strong>beheersmaatregelen <\/strong>bij informatiebeveiliging in de zorg. De nieuwe versie vervangt NEN 7510-2:2024.<\/p>\n<p>Aanleiding is de gewijzigde <a href=\"https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/diensten\/iso-27799-certificering\/?_gl=1*cujq16*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTQxNTk2MjQ2NC4xNzc2MjMzNTQ3*_ga_QEXVG40EB6*czE3NzYyMzM1NDYkbzEkZzEkdDE3NzYyMzM1NTEkajU1JGwwJGgw\">ISO 27799:2025<\/a>, de internationale norm voor informatiebeveiligings-maatregelen voor zorgorganisaties. De Nederlandse NEN 7510-2 is inhoudelijk hierop afgestemd.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-26067 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/gewijzigde-NEN-7510-2-300x200.webp\" alt=\"NEN 7510-2\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/gewijzigde-NEN-7510-2-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/gewijzigde-NEN-7510-2-768x511.webp 768w, https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/gewijzigde-NEN-7510-2-360x240.webp 360w, https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/gewijzigde-NEN-7510-2-600x400.webp 600w, https:\/\/brandcompliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/gewijzigde-NEN-7510-2.webp 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Belangrijkste wijzigingen NEN 7510-2<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Afstemming op<strong> ISO 27799:2025<\/strong>, met aanvullingen op zorgspecifieke richtlijnen (o.a. hoofdstuk 5.12, 5.15, 5.16, 5.30, 5.34, 6.3, 6.8 en 6.9).<\/li>\n<li>Actualisatie van de informatieve <strong>bijlagen C, D en E<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In bijlage E is de verwijzing naar de NIS2-richtlijn vervangen door de <strong>Cyberbeveiligingswet<\/strong> en het Cyberbeveiligingsbesluit, inclusief de bijbehorende mapping.<\/li>\n<li>Terminologie is aangepast: de term \u2018directie\u2019 is vervangen door \u2018<strong>topmanagement<\/strong>\u2019, in lijn met NEN EN ISO\/IEC 27002.<\/li>\n<li>De <strong>lay out<\/strong> van de norm is gewijzigd van tabellen naar doorlopende tekst.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Wat betekent dit voor u als NEN 7510-gecertificeerde organisatie?<\/h3>\n<p>De norm is inhoudelijk geactualiseerd, maar er zijn <strong>geen<\/strong> nieuwe beheersmaatregelen ge\u00efntroduceerd. De wijzigingen bestaan voornamelijk uit verduidelijkingen, aanvullingen en actualisaties.<\/p>\n<p>De <strong>zorgspecifieke richtlijnen<\/strong> zijn op enkele onderdelen aangescherpt of uitgebreid, in lijn met ISO 27799:2025. Dit kan betekenen dat bestaande maatregelen kunnen worden herzien of aangevuld.<\/p>\n<p>Tot slot kan de wijziging van terminologie (\u2018directie\u2019 naar \u2018topmanagement\u2019) mogelijk een redactionele aanpassing in beleid en procedures vragen.<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusie<\/h3>\n<p>Brand Compliance certificeert tegen <strong>NEN 7510-1<\/strong>. De wijziging van NEN 7510-2 heeft daarom geen directe impact op het afgegeven certificaat. Auditoren kunnen tijdens de audit wel vragen stellen over de toepassing van NEN 7510-2 in de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Wilt u meer weten?
