Brand Compliance is committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our service. However, service provision is human work, and it is therefore possible that you are not satisfied with the way we handle your personal data. If that is the case, there are several ways in which you can file your complaint.
The first step is always to file a complaint with us. Not only because we would like to resolve your complaint, but also because the Dutch Data Protection Authority requires this before they start processing your complaint. We advise you to submit your complaint in writing. You can do this with use of our complaints form on the website, but of course you can also send an email or a hard-copy letter. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of every page on our website.
If you are not satisfied with the way we handled your complaint, you can also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority through a form on their website.

Handling your complaint by the Dutch Data Protection Authority can lead to a fine for us, but never to compensation for you. For financial compensation, you will have to go to court.
