Private Lease Quality Mark

As a leasing company, do you want your customers to be able to drive safely and carefree? With the Private Lease Quality Mark you make sure that you meet all the necessary conditions. The conditions have been drawn up in cooperation with the Dutch Consumers’ Association. The quality mark provides consumers with certainty and conveys that your leasing company is trustworthy and reliable. This way you offer Private Leasing with clear rules.

The interest in private leasing is growing

As private leasing is a relatively new phenomenon, many consumers still have to get used to it. The quality mark protects consumers and offers them the necessary confidence. Because demand is rising and the number of providers is also growing. The Private Lease Quality Mark is issued by Stichting Keurmerk Private Lease (the Private Lease Quality Mark Foundation). This foundation aims to create clarity and transparency by working with uniform and independent conditions, approved by the Dutch Consumers’ Association and an independent disputes committee. The quality mark offers many benefits; it enables you to use the quality mark logo, to show that you work with a reliable product, to demonstrate that you meet the strict requirements and you enjoy a low debtor risk due to the cooperation with credit registration office BKR.

The road to the Private Lease Quality Mark

Brand Compliance is the independent certification body to supervise the Private Lease Quality Mark. To be eligible for the Private Lease Quality Mark, you should first register and allow the Stichting Keurmerk Private Lease to inspect the legal structure of your business. If the foundation regards you as a prospective participant, the certification process starts in which you first complete a self-assessment. The audit will then follow. If your organization meets the quality mark requirements and the contribution is paid, you will receive a certificate and the quality mark to use in all your communications from the stated effective date.
