During the conversation, we can explain:

- The differences between the standards or assessment frameworks you are considering.
- How the assessment process works and which information we need.
- The factors that affect timing and costs.
Our role is to explain our services and the assessment process. The conversation does not include consultancy on designing or implementing your management system.
